4.3 Transaction Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example, for a bonus of ৳1,200, you would need to place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 to meet the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.

• bet49 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6.1 General Betting Principles

When placing bets at bet49, users must comply with all applicable rules. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bet49 makes a special decision due to a technical error.

6.2 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a system error, bet49 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets or transactions. In such cases, any applicable stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 VIP Program

bet49 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving up to a higher tier increases your weekly cashback benefit — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze level up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond level.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet49 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using any technical method to cheat, defraud, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on behalf of others or using another person's funds.
